This Privacy Policy explains how Wonder Build, published by Beximo Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the game.

1. Information processed

We do not ask you to provide your home address, phone number, or payment-card details in the game. However, the game and the third-party services integrated into it may automatically process limited technical, gameplay, account-related, and usage information, such as:

device and operating-system information;
app version, language, country or region inferred from technical signals, and general device settings;
advertising identifiers, app-instance identifiers, and other device or installation identifiers;
IP address and network information;
gameplay events, progress, interactions, and usage statistics;
crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information;
advertising interactions, including impressions and clicks;
an automatically generated Firebase Authentication user identifier used to support game features;
your chosen in-game player name, leaderboard scores, leaderboard rank, and related gameplay information stored using Cloud Firestore;
Google Play Games or Apple Game Center player identifiers, profile information made available by those platforms, achievements, and leaderboard information when you use those services; and
purchase status and transaction identifiers for in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

The exact information processed can depend on your device, operating system, privacy choices, region, game version, and the services enabled in the game.

2. How information is used

Information may be used to:

operate, maintain, secure, and improve the game;
save or synchronize supported gameplay features;
create and maintain an internal player profile used for supported game features;
store and synchronize your chosen player name;
provide leaderboard scores, rankings, achievements, and platform services;
process and restore in-app purchases;
measure game usage and diagnose crashes or technical problems;
display, measure, and where permitted personalize advertisements;
prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security incidents; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

3. Advertising and consent

Wonder Build may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent choices, age settings, and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, approximate location derived from signals such as IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and other information needed to deliver and measure ads.

Where required, the game will request consent or present privacy choices before using information for personalized advertising.

You can also manage advertising and tracking choices through your device settings and any privacy controls shown in the game.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

We may use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and improve stability.

These services may process app-instance identifiers, usage events, device information, diagnostics, and crash data.

5. Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore

Wonder Build may use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide features such as player profiles and leaderboards.

Firebase Authentication may create an automatically generated user identifier that allows the game to associate supported gameplay information with your installation or account.

Cloud Firestore may store information such as your Firebase user identifier, chosen in-game player name, leaderboard score, leaderboard position, and related gameplay information.

This information is used to operate and synchronize leaderboard and player profile functionality.

6. Platform services and in-app purchases

Google Play Games Services and Apple Game Center may process your platform player identifier, profile information made available by the platform, achievements, and leaderboard activity.

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Sharing of information

We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers only as needed to operate the game, provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, database functionality, platform features, purchases, security, and legal compliance.

These providers may include:

Google AdMob;
Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics;
Google Play Games Services and Google Play Billing;
Apple App Store, Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple Game Center; and
Unity technologies used to build and operate the game, where applicable.

We do not sell users’ directly identifying personal information such as names, email addresses, home addresses, or phone numbers.

8. Data retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to the retention practices of the relevant third-party services and legal requirements.

Leaderboard and player-profile information may be retained while needed to provide these features or until a valid deletion request is completed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information.

You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Please include “Wonder Build Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough information for us to understand your request.

We may need to verify the request. Information held directly by Google, Apple, or another provider may also need to be managed through that provider’s account or privacy controls.

Wonder Build does not require users to create a separate traditional Beximo Games account using an email address and password.

However, an automatically generated Firebase Authentication identifier may be created and used internally to provide supported game features.

10. Data Deletion Request

This section explains how users can request deletion of data associated with Wonder Build.

Wonder Build users may request deletion of data associated with their game profile.

To request deletion, send an email to iskendersivaz205@gmail.com with the subject line “Wonder Build Data Deletion Request”.

Please include your in-game player name and, if available, your player identifier or other information that can help us locate the correct game data.

Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

After we receive and verify a valid request, we may delete data associated with your Wonder Build profile, including:

the Firebase Authentication user identifier associated with the game profile, where applicable;
the chosen in-game player name stored by Wonder Build;
leaderboard scores, rankings, and related leaderboard records stored by Wonder Build;
other game-profile data stored by Wonder Build that can reasonably be associated with the request.

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction and accounting records.

Information controlled directly by Google, Apple, or another third-party provider may need to be deleted through that provider’s own account or privacy controls.

11. Children’s privacy

Wonder Build is not intended to knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children.

Age-related advertising and consent settings may be applied where required.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable law.
